All in stock items if ordered before 12pm will be shipped out the same day for next day delivery where possible.
Shipping costs are based upon packed item size and weight and at the discretion of the courier service we use and will be calculated on checkout.
Collection from the shop is free and within normal opening hours.
Maximum item size for our normal next day service provided by Hermes is 1200 x 250 x 250mm anything larger than this will be transported via pallet rates £38 for half pallet, £48 for full pallet.
Local delivery is at the drivers discretion and is a kerbside service only, we don’t fit or install any items of equipment.
Local delivery is free upto 1 mile from the shop via road (not as the crow flies).
Delivery further than 1 mile is charged at £1 per mile. Usually anything further than 50 miles will have to be paid via PayPal for your items first and the driver paid cash on delivery. Please have exact change to pay the delivery charge and provide a contact number for directions at the destination.
All out of stock items are normally turned around in 2-3 days but at busy times or if the supplier is out of stock you will receive an email detailing the delay, and your available options.
Sometimes items are rebadged, rebranded or remarketed we have no control over this, and while we make our best efforts to maintain this website with the upto date, correct and accurate information provided to us by the manufacturer and supply chain, please confirm with the manufacturer websites first that the specifications of the item we are offering are suitable for your application, before ordering. Any item being returned due to a discrepancy in model number where the specifications are the same as the item originally ordered will be at the customers cost including insurance to cover the full purchase price. Once the item has been returned in the same condition as it was sent, un-damaged, un-used, original packaging returned in a saleable condition and tested ok, a refund will be issued.
All sales are final once the funds are cleared your item is yours for collection or delivery, for faulty goods please read our returns policy and obtain an RMA number.
We reserve the right to use credit scoring facilities provided by our payment processing service on all transactions. All suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the authorities.
Your privacy is important to us and as such we will not release your details to anyone/company/organisation/authority without the proper lawful documentation in accordance with the data protection act and GDPR.
